Earlier this year, the organization I work with sent me off to Europe to attend a conference. When I got the news, I wasn’t sure if my boss would allow me to extend my stay in Europe, so I didn’t make any plans. Fortunately, I got the best boss in the entire world. He asked us to extend our Europe trip and take this opportunity to get a break from work. What a very lucky employee here. So I reached out to my friends who are now living in Europe, and plan the ultimate Europe Trip.
Malacca, which is Melaka in Malay, is a state in Malaysia. It is dubbed as “The Historic State”. This historical city has been listed as a UNISCO World Heritage Site since July 7, 2008. So what TO DO when in Malacca? Here’s some tips which I personally did when I visit this place.
Kalanggaman island, one of the famous Island in the Philippines. If you haven’t heard of this island yet, I don't know where you've been the whole time, you should include this on your list of places to visit. Kalanggaman Island is famous for its long stretch of white sandbar. It is located in the northern part of Leyte. This island has been well known to tourist and travelers alike. It tends to be crowded at times, but if you want to avoid this, book your visit on weekdays.
There is more to Leyte than Kalanggaman island and Canigao Island. Unknown to travellers, there are 4 other island paradise that can be found in Leyte. They call it Cuatro Islas. It is a group of 4 islands located in the southwestern part of Leyte. You can expect pristine white sand beaches, sandbars and clear blue waters of these islands. Unlike Kalanggaman Island, the island of Cuatro Islas promised a less crowded retreat. This hidden paradise will definitely be your next destination after reading this post.
